Position Summary:
The Pool Concierge is responsible for delivering an exceptional member and guest experience at the pool by providing attentive service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.

Position: Pool Concierge – Summer Season
Job Type: Part-time/Seasonal 
Location: FFC West Loop
Compensation: $16.60 per hour
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in members and guests by name, always with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Track all membership and pool-related inquiries made in person and over the phone
  • Assist the Member Experience Manager and Café Manager with administrative tasks during the pool season (including cabana reservations, confirmation and courtesy calls, refunds, and related requests)
  • Host and assist members and guests utilizing cabanas, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Enforce all pool rules and policies, including usage restrictions, clear bag policy, and no outside food or alcohol
  • Answer questions from members and guests in accordance with club and pool procedures
  • Stay informed on daily activities, events, and updates to provide accurate information
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them appropriately in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable desk and pool deck area
  • Complete opening, closing, and shift-specific duties, including cleaning tasks and towel folding
  • Attend all required department and club staff meetings
  • Provide additional support to the Member Experience Manager as needed
Expectations:
  • Remain attentive, engaged, and professional at all times while on shift
  • Be aware of team operations and proactively assist where needed
  • Personal phone use and reading materials are not permitted while on duty
Compensation: $16.60 per hour
