Position: Certified Pilates Instructor
Location: FFC Locations Across Chicago
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: $49 - $70 per session (based on experience & certifications). New instructors earn bonuses of $500-$1000/month for meeting goals in the first 3 months.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Full Studio Pilates Certification or plan to complete within 6 months
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Strong educational skills for client instruction
  • Knowledge of Pilates benefits & safety
Your Role:
  • Build Your Schedule: Set your weekly appointments and maintain consistent service
  • Sales: Grow your client base using proven sales methods (training provided)
  • Safety: Ensure a clean, safe environment for all
  • Client Engagement: Help clients with exercise guidance and support
  • Promote FFC Programs: Build relationships and suggest relevant programs
  • Deliver Quality Training: Help clients achieve their fitness goals
  • Stay Informed: Attend meetings and continuing education sessions
  • Maintain Certifications: Keep Pilates and CPR/AED certifications up to date
  • Support Events: Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs
Compensation: $49.00 - $70.00 per hour
