As a Group Fitness Instructor you will be responsible for instructing group exercise classes in accordance with class description set by Regional Group Fitness Manager. Position: Group Fitness Instructor 
Job Type: Part-time 
Location: FFC Oak Park 
Compensation: $50-70 per class (depending on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Arrive at class at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled class
  • Begin and end class on time
  • Instruct classes (including a warm-up, conditioning and cool down phase) in specialization and as assigned by Group Fitness Manager and/or Fitness Director
  • Provide instruction and coaching to class attendees
  • Accurately record class participation and conduct class surveys
  • Ensure that the studio is clean and returned to original state at the end of each class
Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Group Fitness Instructor by a nationally-recognized organization
  • Current CPR/AED Certification
  • 1+ years of teaching experience
