Do you have automotive, HVAC, electric, or even construction skills and experience? Then the Facilities Technician is the right position for you! 

We are looking to hire a full-time coachable and dependable Facilities Technician that will provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all members, guests, and co-workers. The Facilities Technician oversees all aspects of the club location including, but not limited to, janitorial, preventative maintenance needs, and more. Although this is a wrench-turning position with no direct reports we assure you that you will join a diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and community. 

No matter the role, all Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) employees' primary goal is to gain and retain members while staying true to our company's core values.

Qualifications:
  • Have an understanding of 3-phase electrical equipment
  • Knowledge of low pressure steam boilers, HVAC and commercial refrigeration
  • Experience with pool and spa operation and chemicals
  • Knowledge of fitness equipment repair and maintenance
  • Carpentry, painting and basic electrical skills
  • Experience with basic plumbing repairs
  • Manual dexterity and physical strength
Shifts Required: Varies depending on need. Flexibility is needed. 40 hours per week.
