Position: Swim Instructor
Location: FFC Oak Park 
Schedule: Weekdays 4pm-8pm 

What You'll Do:
  • Instruct with Excellence: Teach swim classes and private lessons in line with our high standards. You'll provide expert guidance on water safety and swim techniques, focusing on the four main strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and elementary backstroke.
  • Engage with Clients: Build relationships with parents and participants, discussing progress and expectations to ensure a positive experience.
  • Inspire the Next Generation: Work with children ranging from infants to teenagers, helping them develop essential swim skills. (Note: This role does not involve adult swim instruction.)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a Pristine Environment: Ensure the pool area is clean, safe, and inviting for members, guests, and co-workers. Every team member shares the responsibility of maintaining a spotless facility.
  • Arrive Prepared: Be ready to make a splash by arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class time.
  • Start and End on Time: Punctuality is key—begin and conclude classes according to the schedule.
  • Follow Your Passion: Teach classes as assigned by the Swim Coordinator, delivering top-tier instruction and coaching to all attendees.
  • Track Success: Accurately record class participation and gather feedback through class surveys to continually improve our programs.
