Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Downtown Chicago  
Compensation: Commission Pay Range: $45-66 per paid session (depending on experience and certifications)

Qualifications:
  • Full Studio Certification: Must be fully studio certified or on track to complete Full Studio Certification within 6 months of hire. This includes modules in Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel.
  • Educational Skills: Ability to educate clients on the benefits of Pilates training.
  • Safety First: Current CPR and AED certification.
Your Role as a Pilates Apparatus Instructor:
  • Build Your Schedule: Maintain and update your weekly schedule of appointments, ensuring you provide consistent, high-quality service to your clients.
  • Sales Proficiency: Utilize proven sales methods (training provided) to grow your client base and maximize your impact.
  • Create a Safe Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all members, guests, and co-workers.
  • Client Engagement: Assist members with specific concerns, including offering exercise guidance and spotting during sessions.
  • Promote FFC Programs: Build relationships on the fitness floor, uncovering members’ interests and matching them with FFC’s offerings.
  • Deliver Quality Training: Provide and monitor personalized exercise recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Stay Informed: Attend all required department meetings, continuing education sessions, and member appreciation events.
  • Maintain Certifications: Keep your primary Pilates certification and CPR/AED certification up to date.
  • Support Club Events: Volunteer for special events and programs that FFC sponsors or participates in, such as the Indoor Triathlon Series and Summer City Festivals.
