We’re seeking a part-time Spa Receptionist who is friendly, dependable, and open to learning. At FFC, top-notch customer service is essential! You’ll help maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe space for guests while embodying our core values. Join a compassionate, diverse team that values relationships and the impact of helping others.

We’re looking to cover these weekly hours at our Gold Coast location: Fri 2-830p, Sat and Sun 830a-6p. We're seeking candidates who genuinely enjoy interacting with people and preferably with prior reception desk experience.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet members by name and with a smile
  • Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and workers
  • Maintain cleanliness of the spa’s front desk, shop and tanning areas (if applicable)
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly in a professional manner 
  • Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings
  • Book appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable service(s)
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash register at the close of each shift
  • Connect with clients via phone for reminder and confirmation calls
  • Serve as an expert on Recovery Lounge products and services
  • Educating clients on the Recovery Lounge services, including medical benefits and precautions
  • Respond to members’ questions and concerns as needed
  • Provide additional support to the other departments as needed​
