We are looking to hire a Certified Pilates ​​Apparatus Instructor who is engaging, driven, and personable and who wants to expand their clientele. In the first 60 days of employment, trainers will be compensated with a guaranteed stipend plus standard commission for paid sessions. After the conclusion of the first 60 days, trainers will be compensated based on the standard commission plan. Please note: the stipend is only for full-time employees.

Qualifications:
  • Full Studio Certified or will complete Full Studio Certification within 6 months of hire. 
  • (Full Studio Certification includes completion of the following modules; Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel)
  • Ability to educate others on the benefits of Pilates Training
  • Current CPR and AED certification

Pilates Trainer Requirements:
  • Maintain and update weekly schedule of appointments
  • Proficient in sales method for which training will be provided
  • Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
  • Help retain and attain new members through club promotion and customer service excellence
  • Assist members with specific concerns on the fitness floor including spotting them during exercise sessions.
  • Promote all FFC programs through relationship building with members on the floor uncovering their interests and matching them to FFC offerings
  • Provide and monitor quality exercise recommendations for individual clients, ensuring the attainment of their specific goals
  • Attend all required departments, continuing education meetings, and member appreciation parties.
  • Keep primary personal trainer certification and CPR/AED current.
  • Keep the fitness floor clean by wiping down equipment and re-stacking dumbbells and weight plates.
  • Volunteer for special events/programs that Fitness Formula Clubs provide, sponsor or participate in, such as: Fitness Formula Clubs Indoor Triathlon Series and Summer City Festivals.

Compensation: $45.00 - $66.00 per hour
